Graduate Degree By Testing Out?

    Anyone know if there are any graduate degree programs that are able to be completed by testing out? I read on BAin4Weeks that Heriot-Watt University in the UK has an MBA program, but does anyone here know of any others? How would a UK MBA be looked at by a potential employer in the U.S.?

    Keep in mind the HW exams are notoriously difficult. Check into Western Governors University. It is RA and competency based if I understand correctly.
