I am enrolled in the business management certificate program at Penn Foster. I spoke with a student services representative by the name of Michelle and asked for individual business courses outside of degree programs. She informed me that Penn Foster does not offer college courses outside of the associates degree programs. I found that strange since I read that some of you have taken penn foster courses for credit. Michelle informed me that the business management certificate courses are not college courses but continuing education courses. If that is the case, then I will CLEP and DSST the majority of my core and specialized business courses for my excelsior college bachelors in HR.
Yes. She told me that I would have to be enrolled in an associates degree program in order to take college courses. According to the person I spoke with, they are not offered individually.
