If you are enrolled in a degree program or have a credit bank account, complete the FEMA courses and have a free trasnscript sent to TESC. The link you provided lists all the current FEMA Independent Study Courses.

You do not have to have any thing to do with the American Council on Education to get credit with TESC for the FEMA Independent Study Courses.
Do a search in old threads and any will see much written about FEMA Independent Study Courses.
You may also want to take the National Fire Academy Independent Study Courses Q118, Q318 and Q534. TESC gives credit for these. You may or may not have to use ACE to get credit for Q118 and Q318 depending on who at TESC handles your review.

Degrees? I don't want to tell. What's a degree again?
Who told you that I had completed over 300 FEMA Independent Study courses?
Forget DETC and RA, my degree has double secret accreditation.
