Liberty University also gives a discount for Military or Military retired.

    MILITARY GRADUATE STUDENT DISCOUNT:
Graduate, distance learning, military students and spouses
Graduate, distance learning, military students and spouses are given a discount to bring their tuition down to $250 per credit hour for the following online and blended programs: MSAC, MBA, MA’s, MSN, MEd, EdS, and EdD. This tuition discount keeps tuition within the TA cap per credit hour.

$250 per credit hour for a Regionally accredited Master of Arts, (MA's), Master of Education (MEd), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Educational Specialist (EdS) or a Doctor or Education (EdD) Degree program is not bad at all.

For those who qualify, Liberty is a good deal. Below are additional military discounts I found on the web.

Brenau University - roughly 50% tuition discount applied to undergrad/grad tuition for active duty, honorably discharged veterans, military retirees, Guard/Reserve.

Regent University - 15% tuition discount for military spouses and dependents. This rate may apply to active duty, retired, Guard/Reserve.

Park University - 25% tuition discount for grad courses. Applies to active duty, active duty dependents, retired military.

    Central Michigan University.

Ellis College of NYIT - 15% discount for veterans, retired military and selected reserve, and their spouses.

Duquesne University - over 50% off undergrad and grad tuition for active duty, vets and retirees. A great deal!

National-Louis University - 25% discount. Applies to active duty military only.

Southwestern College - special undergrad tuition rates for active duty military.

Tulane University - undergraduate deal of the century -- around $400 per class with discount -- for active duty military. At least four undergraduate certificates taught online through the School of Continuing Studies. The regular rate isn't too shabby either.

University of Dallas GSM - 30% off grad tuition for active duty military.

Upper Iowa University - 10% discount for active duty, Guard/Reserve, and retired.

Drexel University - 10-30% discount for active duty and veterans on select programs.

Florida Institute of Technology - 10% discount for active duty military.

Rochester Institute of Technology - 15% discount for active duty military.

Mountain State University and Regis University also have discount rates for active duty military. Fairleigh Dickinson University, which offers an online bachelor's, online grad certificates, and an online master's program, makes special rates available to the New Jersey National Guard and public servants.

Penn State World Campus initiates a new pilot program that sets tuition rates at $299 per semester hour for active duty military. This rate applies only to undergraduate courses.

    sigh, what if...

As a military guy and PA resident, I wish this program was around in 2001 when I was going back to school to finish my bachelor's. Tuition was approximately $400 a credit at that time for upper level undergraduate work.

The American Military University (both regionally and nationally accredited) offers lots of degrees at the BA and Masters level.

Tuition for undergraduate hours equals $250 per credit hour (and that includes books for the class).

Tuition for graduate hours equals $275 per credit hour.
