I looked at Touro Int'l's website as I have read some positive things about them on this board and must be reading this incorrectly. It says that I must have 120 credits at $200 per credit, that would equal $24,000. Can this be right? If so, hello Heriot-Watt!!!

I believe that would be for their BACHELOR degree...

Yes, it is for their bachelor degree. Does that sound correct? $24,000?

    Yes,
Will you be doing the entire 120 credits with NO previous work?

Clep, Dantes exams and portfolio will lower the number of credits needed with regular classes. (you might check the Bachelor's degree in 4 weeks thread)

A degree from Charter Oak State College, Thomas Edison, or Excelsior will all be cheaper when you use clep exams, portfolio etc.

As Dan mentioned, you'd be mich better off, cost-wise, by looking at TESC, COSC, or Excelsior. With equivalency exams and portfolio credit, you can cut down dramatically both the time and cost involved in earning a degree.
