Need Help With Online Ba Selection Please

My sister has asked me to help her locate a distance degree BA/BSprogram in Florida. Her requirements are that:

(1) The school is a Florida school, as she is a resident of Florida and want to take advantage of the grant provided to Florida students attending Florida institutions.

(2) The school offers rolling admissions. She wants to begin right away. Argosy might have worked, but Argosy is not a Florida school, even though they have a branch here.

She is flexible on the program she wishes to study although she is interested in Legal Studies or Criminal Justice.

Might I suggest Florida Institute of Technology. They are a reputable school and they have an online bachelors in criminal justice. BTW I'm bias since I'm an online adjunct there in the CJ program. Although they're known for engineering and science they have good business, public administration and social sciences programs. I think the "institute of technology" part throws some people off.
