Hey guys i am taking some classes at Penn Foster college i know they are ace reviewed so i was wondering if any of you has had a previous experience transfering PF credits to a Missouri Community college (thats where i plan to get my AA) any help comments and or suggestions will be warmly appreciated!
It is always a good idea to check with the college you intend on transferring the credits to regardless of any information you receive elsewhere. That said, here is the list of colleges in Missouri that are registered with ACE as a participating institution: City Vision College Concordia University Texas Culver-Stockton College Fontbonne University Global University Grantham University Lindenwood University Maple Woods Community College Maryville University of St. Louis Moberly Area Community College North Central Missouri College Park University Saint Louis University Southeast Missouri State University State Fair Community College Stephens College University of Central Missouri Webster University If your college is on this list, you probably have a good chance at being able to transfer the Penn Foster courses, however, they will probably not accept them in direct transfer. You will have to bank the courses on an ACE transcript, then submit the ACE transcript to your college. That is precisely what I had to do with Thomas Edison State College. Pug
The courses can be recorded on a transcript from American Council on Education (ACE) and that transcript sent to the school to which you want the credits applied.
