Educational Leadership/ cert or masters

Good Morning, Looking for the shortest course in the above. My husband already has a double BA and Grad Cert in Education. He additionally has grad credits in Spec. Ed. I have received a catalog from UNISA and am waiting on the Univ of Derby to see if they will accept his credits. His job will not accept DETC situations. The degree or cert can be foreign but must have some US recognition. Hille
