A friend is looking for a basic College Algebra course that is online. The requirement is it must be from a RA institution and be fairly inexpensive. I know there are a couple of community colleges that offer these courses and have passed this information along but he prefers a school that offers at least a bachelors degree. University of North Dakota offers a semester-based 3-credit hour course (MATH 103 College Algebra) via online delivery or non-semester-based by independent study mode. The tuition is a approximately USD300.00. UND offers bachelor level degrees including complete degrees by distance education.
