lowest price RA MBA

Any suggestions for the lowest price MBA? It must be RA, so Aspen won't work. This is for a friend on a very tight budget, with more time than money! Concentrations are not important. THANKS!!

For just a little more money ($250 per credit) your friend could pursue an AACSB MBA through Jacksonville State University.

The first place your friend should look is a state college or university in his home state which offers an MBA by DL. There are some really good bargains to be had by shopping close to home.

For example, in Oklahoma residents can take a DL MBA at Oklahoma State University for $295 per credit hour, while out-of-state students must pay $585 per credit hour.

Cameron University in Oklahoma does offer a distance MBA for $250 per credit hour for both residents and non-resident students.

Somebody else mentioned Chadron State, and I think that is about the best deal you'll get for a distance MBA from a state university.

Check the number of semester units required - MBAs range from 30 to 48 (and sometimes pre-reqs are needed.

Hey Randell, can you or someone else explain how you got $197/ch for the ULM MBA program? Looking at their website the best I can find is a blurb under the FAQ that says on-line students pay in-state tuition rates, and then the link below that puts the estimated costs for a full-time (18 ch) grad student as being $4636, or $257.56/ch:

$2314.90/12 = $192.90 plus $60 (12 hrs. x $5), e.g. “Add $5 per credit hour up to $60 total if taking more than nine semester hours.” = $2314.90 + $60 = $2374.90/12 hrs. = $197.90 per credit hour.

ENMU’s $180.50 /CH are the least expensive RA /ACBSP MBA Online Master of Business Administration graduate tuition rates I’ve seen. Wow, a 30 hrs. MBA requiring = $5415 total tuition (even less with allowable transfer credits). And by completing additional 3-courses, the MBA with the subject area concentration is available; merely raising the program’s total tuition cost to a little more than $7K.

I would like to do my online MBA with the lowest cost and I would prefer not to take the GMAT as well (I am belongs to India and I did my Masters from India).
