Northern Iowa distance ed........

Has anyone done any work through Northern Iowa's distance ed program. I have been looking at some of their grad level sociology courses and they do not appear too taxing. The are relativelt inexpensive as well at $174 per credit hour. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
