Prior to discovering this board (and archives) I was very knowledgable regarding the landscape of US academia and corporate America (including the American DL world) and somewhat familier with foreign academia but had virtually no knowledge of foreign DL opportunities available to American students. Having looked at many of the foreign opportunities mentioned on this board, I must say that I am totally impressed. Undoubtedly, any American DL student who does not investigate foreign alternatives is doing themselves a great disservice.
