Learning contract vs. PLA at TESC

OK. I'm planning on "attending" Thomas Edison State College to get my degree. I'm hoping to concentrate (many) of my courses in Library Science, to prepare for a library job and the eventual Master's Degree. TESC has several library courses listed in its PLA catalog. However, I'm wondering if I would be allowed to take those courses via a form of learning contract.
