Can it be done? I know that Texas has a major shortage of teacher and seems to be accepting everyone.

My wife is curious about this one.

I don't know about Texas, but Virginia requires everything to be RA.

North Carolina also requires everything to be RA.

I did some reading on the Texas DOE site, and every mention I could find simply said "accredited institution", even the legal codes. If that's all it said, I would assume NA would be okay, but I wouldn't believe it for sure until I actually saw it.

First words from SC is it RA?

Tireman teaches on the college level in Texas, he might have the skinny on this question. Try a pm to him, maybe he might chime in on this thread.
