Custodial and Vocational Skills

Hi, I know this sounds like an odd request. My daughter may have an opportunity to teach these skills on a vocational level in the near future but needs some type of courses to support her application. She would be teaching a group that really requires life skills for job survival in the future. Ideas appreciated. This does not have to be college credit. I vaguely remember something in Ponsi testing but have been unable to pin it down. She is already has a teaching cert. Hille
