There is a decent selection of schools to chose from.

If you do a search you will find decent results.

Search for RA MBA with NA degree.

University of Phoenix, Liberty University, Bellevue University, American Military University, Western Governors University, Salve Regina, Argosy University, Kaplan University are a few which immediately come to mind.

Unfortunately, that list is out of date and terribly inaccurate. For example, the University of Oklahoma absolutely does not accept transfer credit from any DETC accredited school. I made a point of asking.

You could also check the HETA database, which lists other RA schools which accept NA credits.

    I'm pretty sure

that American Military University will, don't know of others but have been out of the edu thing for a couple of years due to protracted illness. I'm not back up to speed yet but trying.

Best of luck, I hope you find what you need!

Schools that are members of the Higher Education Transfer Alliance don't use accreditation type as a criterion for determination of acceptance of transfer credits. There are many regionally accredited schools listed. I realize this isn't exactly a transfer credit issue, but that list is probably a good starting point.
