New MS in bioethics, largely by distance learning

Albany Medical College and Union College are jointly offering such a program, with three 2-week residencies over 30 to 36 months, the rest by distance learning. Both schools are regionally accredited, and this particular program is additionally accredited by the State of New York (the only state that is, itself, a recognized accrediting agency).
