    Hi All:

I managed to score a 1040 (580 verbal, 460 quantitative) and a 4.5 on my analytical essay writing. I am not a fully accepted Ed.S student at NSU and very much so looking forward to continuing my program of studies.

For anyone looking for a top-notch graduate experience with credits that are: challenging, inexpensive and easily transferred into Ph.D/Ed.D programs. In any event, good luck to everyone and Happy New Year!

    Ian,

I tried to appy to NSU because I like the program and because of your good recommendation via our private emailing and after corresponding with one of the professors there. I also heard more praise indirectly from the colleague of a colleague who is in the EdD program at Northcentral.

Much to my chagrin, I was REJECTED because I don't have a teaching credential (I teach college, so I've never needed a K-12 credential). Apparently that is a new requirement. I haven't given up, though. I'm in the process of obtaining a State of California subsitute teaching credential, which I've been assured will be sufficient for admittance. If all goes well, I hope to start the program in the summer.

    Hope to see you there!
