    Dear All,
I want to ask about whether there are Master programs in Human Resources that are fully accredited and 100% nonresidential. Cost is preferably low.
    Thanks and Regards

Would an MBA program with an emphasis on HR be of interest?

I really liked the University of Leicester's MS in Training and in HRM that I was involved in markeeting for North America. It is an extremely thorough program, which was extensively rewritten for the North American market, as well as for Europe and for Asia-Pacific. 100% non-resident (but the faculty travel to the US and Canada once or twice a year to meet with students; non-mandatory, I believe). www.clms.lu.ac.uk (CLMS = the Centre for Labour Market Studies). I have had no involvement with the program since 1998.
