Portfolio preparation process or outline

Hi, all. I am enrolled in a Thomas Edison PLA for Public Relations. Unfortunately, since they redid their web site all the links pertaining to portfolio preparation are dead. The instructor is not much help. Which is okay; I should be able to do this on my own. Does anyone have an outline or even a prepared sample portfolio that I can use as a reference?
