With all the FEMA courses plus 9 credits from the Online Certificate in Homeland Security Studies from Michigan State could one make a second BS degree in Human Services (BSHS) degree program (Emergency Disaster Services) from TESC? I have a degree from COSC. Plus Intro to Human Services after my degree was given from the local tech college.

Probably, but TESC will require you to do a practicum.

So I would have to complete a practicum in Emerg. Management that is 6 credit to graduate? Would Excelsior College make me do the same thing? Do they have a Emerg. Management Program?

Excelsior does not have an Emergency Management Program. I gave up on the TESC program. The person I kept getting stuck talking to was so incompetent that she would let me in the program because she said I had no connection to emergency management (what a laugh), yet she didn't even know what the Incident Command System was. TESC wants you to be involved in Emergnecy Management to get into the program and seems determined to keep those in emgergency management out of the program in practice.

There are several advisors, be sure to talk to an advisor (not an admissions rep). I suggest Todd Siben. You'll have to make an appointment for a phone consult, he is busy- it cold be several weeks, but you'll get the right answers from him the first time. You will want to check on practicum requirements and if you can meet them. Contrary to assumption, TESC does not have open enrollment.

Thanks for the heads up about TESC! I just would like to use those credits for something. Has anyone else done anything with them?
