Any IT managers/supervisors around?

I have an assignment due on Monday that asks me to interview an IT manager and ask five or so questions. I have emailed the questions to supervisor and a few other IT director friends and after promises of a response early this morning, no one has responded yet and I'm getting nervous.

Anyone willing to answer a few questions for me? I won't use your name or anything and you can decline to answer any of the questions if you like.
