It's in Switzerland, where accreditation is meaningless. Therefore it's suspect at best until proven otherwise.

    Why is Swiss accreditation meaningless?

Because it's handled at the canton level, and in some cantons it's nothing more than a license to operate. Think of state approval from the more notorious U.S. states.

Dear me! I thought you were going to say that it was even worse than Liberian accreditation! But if cantonal accreditation varies as widely as state approval, then I guess Swiss accreditation could be suspect. :D

I posted a similar comment concerning Switzerland on the “other board”. There are good business schools that offer part-time distance programs in Switzerland. I have personally visited Business School Lausanne (ACBSP accredited) and Swiss Business School (IACBE accredited) and have interviewed the school directors as part of my dissertation research. If anyone wants to view the pictures of these two schools, or wants further details on my meetings/impressions, please email or PM me.

I will be in Europe in October on business and will travel from Berlin to Maastricht to Grenoble. I will be happy to check out any school on this route that board contributors have questions on. In November I will be going from Brussels to Zurich to Salzburg and ending in Paris. I will also be glad to check out any schools on that route too. A personal visit does not guarantee legitimacy, but I can tell you if there is a school building and supply a few pictures.
