"...How long will it take to complete the program?

That depends on how many classes you take each term. Most working students enroll in two classes (6 units) each term. Students who take courses at this pace should expect to complete the program within 15 months...."

    Cost: ~11k

Franklin University comes up often in an Online Adjunct group I belong to. (see sig line). Overwhelmingly positive comments about the school itself, and many adjuncts there list Franklin as one of the schools they would like to eventually get their foot in the door at.

    Hope this helps.

I took a discrete mathematics course at Franklin, and was very pleased with the course, the instructor and the school. The campus is not far from where I live and the school has a good reputation in this area.

I should mention that their online platform is proprietary and a little on the ugly side. Very functional, but not like WebCT or Blackboard if you are used to those.

    Thanks for the reply guys.

The reason I asked was that I was thinking of move to Columbus Ohio in Jan of next year.

In that case, they also have 4? on ground locations, or you can take a mix obviously.

Good program, I have 14 weeks left. About $16,800. Heavy participation from Nationwide Insurance and downtown employers (17 months, get on the train and stay-on). We lost about 18 percent of the starting class in the first course (which is about preparing a personal development plan), these were people that couldn't keep up the work load or could not write at all. They probably shouldn't have been there. All you need to get in is a 3.0 from a RA school and a well written personal statement. I completed a full B.S. at USNY in 1994 with three classes and 17 tests (CLEP, GRE, DANTES).

Instructors are mostly excellent. I am not sure about the web based program. I think the comments on the board are fair, their web work can be a bit rough sometimes.

Seemed to me an excellent value 42 semester hours about $400/hour.

Uses all APA style writing sets you up well for additional post graduate study. Enjoys a good reputation in the midwest.

Heavy emphasis on writing, a paper or two every week. You will do 4 or five 30 to 40 page reports (assembled from the cumulative work-load) (PDP, marketing, global business, capstone).

Wide flexibility in the leadership capstone, you can do almost anything. I am preparing a book proposal to "sell" something I needed to do anyway. Many are doing B-plans to start a business. Some are developing plans and software.
