Here is a site that I think listed all the distance education programs by Canadian universities. Included is a Doctorate in Cognitive Data Processing from the University Québec (Teleq). Thanx! I don't think this is all of Canada's DL programs, as I see nothing from University of Waterloo or Queens University Kingston, so maybe participation is voluntary. It looks like Canadian Virtual University offers an MA in War Studies through the Royal Military College of Canada. I was wondering where that one went to.
