I just came across this distance education school advertised in the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) magazine. The London School of and Business & Finance offers MBA and MSC awarded by Grenoble. The prices look reasonable. There is no mention of accreditation just partnerships and validation.

LSBF offers a top-up program for Accountants awarded by East London University for 3450 pounds; 2-4 courses plus research paper.

I had a look at East London University and it is expected to offer a PHD by distance very soon.
