It looks like she would do well with any of the big three...

    Charter Oak State College
    Excelsior College
    Thomas Edison State College

Looks like Excelsior is the way to go

She might be close to an AA or AS in Liberal Arts. I'd definitely have her look into the programs at Excelsior!

I have looked at the big three for my degree and I like Charter Oak the best because of the excellent customer service. It is also pretty cheap - about $1,000 admin fees.

Any of the big three would work, this was just my choice.

no matter which of the Big Three she picks, she needs some credit in social sciences and in natural science.

Looking at an AS with an area of focus in visual arts (if they'll buy that as a focus) at Excelsior - it would seem she's about done short of a natural science and a couple social sciences. This assuming they will transfer all of the credit she already has. She'd also need the one-hour Information Literacy at Excelsior.

I have to ask, why not an AA/AS at PSTCC? Get with a program counselor and see if they'll accept all of that applied art in the elective distribution of their AA. It's not on their list of transfer courses but they may just buy into the idea. That'd be the least expensive route, since it's already their credit.

At the least, she should probably take a couple social science courses and a science course while she decides what she wants to do with all that credit. Just about anywhere is going to require that in the core distribution.

The degrees at Academy of Art University are very expensive - if cost isn't a factor and they'll transfer some of that work, it's a really good choice.

Consider too that TESC offers a major in art in their BA and it appears she's completed a HUGE chunk (if not all) of the major requirements. She might be able to meet the rest of the general degree requirements using DL from LSU or BYU or your local state U.

We may be moving to Chicago, IL from TN soon, so she would be looking at just doing a quick degree completion.

Another thing is that we need a school that has financial Aid capabilities if she actually has to take any classes to finish the degree.
