While gratuitous criticism of grammar and spelling is normally frowned upon, I believe a comment is relevant here. Your success in completing a teacher certification program, not to mention the requisite testing involved, may hinge on your ability to write English. Rich Douglas
Provided that you have a bachelor's degree that would meet the requirements for whichever state you end up in, there is only one school which meets your qualifications above. Rio Salado College in Arizona offers an online teacher credential program that, through reciprocity, would be valid in 20 other states. You would want to check with the college or with the Arizona Department of Education to make sure that they have reciprocity with whichever state you end up choosing.
