The questions pertaining to ECE Organizational Behavior and World Population practice exams:

    1. Are they full-sized (same amount of questions as on the actual exam)?
    2. What percentage of q's is repeated on the real thing?
    3. Do they let you see which q's exactly you got right and wrong, or simply give you the score?
    4. After purchasing one, can you take it multiple times?

    Thanks!

Extra credit: any tips on taking World Pop. and Org. Behavior are also appreciated

I did the Organizational Behavior practice exams and made an A on the actual test. They are not full length, but rather 100 questions, approximately 2/3 length for Organizational Behavior. You can only take each of the two practice exams provided once, but you can see the full answers and explanations for the entire test after you have completed it. None of the questions are specifically repeated on the exam, however, some of the exam questions take the same format as the practice test questions.

I found the practice test helpful in getting an A on Organizational Behavior, which was important to me, as I wanted the test to boost my GPA, not depress it. As I completed my degree with a 3.79 GPA, even a B would have depressed my GPA.

Oh, I see, thanks. When they score your test can you print out and/or save those q's and a's? I've the same goal of boosting my gpa, so B is now an option. How many hours you spent preparing for the test?

They disable the most straight forward methods of printing and pasting and cutting. It can be gotten around if you are tech savvy about that sort of thing.

I prepared for three weeks for Organizational Behavior, but nearly full time for those three weeks. I read the Robbins/Judge textbook, did the instantcert flash cards, and took the Excelsior practice exams and studied the detailed explanations of the practice exams. My overall percentage correct on the actual exam was an 87%, which was an A. I have no idea where the floor might be for an A, and I gather from the published materials that it is based as much on which questions you get right as on the straight percentage.
