    I have seen this before, what I always find troubling is this is there "interpretation" rather then standards.

    Many opinions vary!

    True.

    Pages 5-8 of Deploying Academically Qualified Faculty: An Interpretation of AACSB Standards outlines the requirements if one holds a doctorate in business, not in business and even if one is ABD.

    I thought it interesting that with the debates on PhD vs DBA there is no mention of preference. Just says doctorate.
