Dba Paper Help Needed Please

As part of our finals, we are asked to interview a President, Vice-President or CEO of a company and submit it as a professional published interview. I've been combing the internet looking for samples but to no avail. Hence, my reason for coming here.

Question: How do I write an interview in APA style format? Where can I go to find samples?

Go to page 97 of the Pocket Guide to APA Style.

It states, "An interview is considered a personal communication. As such, it is not included in the reference list. However, it is cited in the text of the paper by enclosing the phrase personal communication and the date in parentheses."

Example given in the book:

J. Kalb (personal communication, April 4, 2002) stressed the importance of double-blind studies.

Page 67 lists another example where you are quoting an interview, email, memo, etc.:

(Bates, L., personal communication, June 7, 2002)

Thanks for your help. I haven't ever done an interview paper before and was looking for a sample (example) for formatting and set-up and so forth. I've been looking and was able to come across one that provided an example of a write up but no introduction or title page. I'm going to wing it and hope that I do it well enough to earn an A.
