I don't know if this has already been mentioned here. I received a newsletter today from Bellevue University because I had considered enrolling at one time. They have a few new programs: the Executive MBA, the BS in Corporate Communications and the BS in Investigations. I had high hopes for the Corporate Communications program, because that is my field, but quite frankly the Advertising Management program offered by Bellevue has more of the type of courses I want. The CC program seemed a bit light on pubic relations and marketing courses. There is also a mention of the C-3 program: The New Century Degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design or IT which can be completed in 3 years from start to finish. This is not a distance learning program. It's nice to see Bellevue is innovating new programs and expanding its offerings, but its tuition is out of my price range: $320 per credit hour for online courses.
Bellevue seems like a great school. I was this close (-) to enrolling in their MBA program. The clincher for me was the 12 week vs. 6 week semesters among a couple of other very, very slight differences between them and Ashford. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone seriously considering them.
