I just received word that CCU is in the process of seeking a new larger building with more parking due to the continued growth at California Coast University. The move will be permanent, and CCU will be in the same general area of Orange County (The O.C.) Good news. See ya, Abner
Hi Abner, It looks like things are going well for CCU since their accreditation in 2005. Did they happen say how much bigger the new building might be? Speaking of CCU, is there any word on when their new doctoral degree program(s) will be up and running? It will be interesting to see what the program(s) will look like. Project vs. Dissertation, etc…
Hi BryanOats, Sorry, I do not know how much bigger the new building will be. I imagine it will be a good size in order to make room for all the staff/teachers, due to increased enrollments. I imagine they must be doing very well in order to buy a new bigger building in Orange County, California. The real estate in this county is astronomical. I imagine the building they currently own is worth a pretty penny, and has probably accrued considerable equity over the span of 30+ years. I also believe this new building will represent a new image/marketing theme. The new building will be featured on the CCU website to show the physical/human presence of distance learning. As far as the doctoral degree programs, sorry, I have not heard anything. If I do hear anything, I will let you know. Take care, Abner
Great news on CCU. I am behind them 100% and have always enjoyed my learning experience with them. Thanks for the update Abner Jonathan
