Hi Everyone its traderneil from Las Vegas. I haven't been on the forum for quite a while and I was wondering if there were any new developments in the field of law. I know there are several Law School programs offered in California, but I also hear that the rate of success in passing the bar is very low(from some of these schools) and that the California Bar is very hard to pass. Recently I read that UNLV Law School had increased it's position as one of the Law Schools that was underexposed ,whose graduates got good jobs in places other than Las Vegas. Also some schools are offering Senior Classes, matriculated degree programs,at reduced or low cost to students. Lastly how important a role does life experience, and previous job experience figure in to the equation...is it worth the time, how long can you work in Law???? thanks traderneil
From memory, none of the Cal Bar DL Law Schools offer credit for experiential learning; the curricula are largely set in stone. What schools have you considered? Dave
