Cal U of PA vs. Mountain State University

Hello All:

I have been accepted into the MS in Legal Studies (Law & Public Policy) at California U of Pennsylvania and the MS in Strategic Leadership at Mountain State University. However, I can’t make up my mind which one I should pursue. I like the content of both programs and both subjects interest me; just not sure if one is better than the other when looking at future career and personal interest goals.

I have several years of management experience in social services and would like to take the next step some day and become a deputy director and/or director. Additionally, I would like to teach at the Community College level or online classes in my spare time.

Is one subject better than the other for teaching and/or leading a public agency? I really would like to hear opinions and/or experiences from members of this board.

My Ex is currently about half way through the MS in Legal Studies (Homeland Security track) program and by her accounts, the program is very rigorous. I just asked her if she would the recommend the program to others and her response was "Definitely, I love my program."
