Master Trainer Certification

I am interested in conducting human resource training and leadership type seminars and workshops. Would like to become a Certified Master Trainer. Any suggestion on agencies that certify trainers in these areas? I prefer online, since I am a full-time student and parent,, however, with my children out of school for the summer, I can take a quick break to attend a certification seminar, if the need arises.
