When I enrolled at CCU, I received a list of required classes and a sheet to fill out in which I had to choose 3 electives. I filled it out and went on with my program. I finished every class that is listed on my matrix and just received an email saying that my degree is almost completed and all I need to do now is take three electives. They gave me a list in the email of electives to choose from.

I have written to them to inquire about this situation but I was wondering if anyone else, after completing all of the classes listed on their matrix, were sent a list of electives to take.

I'm very bummed. I've been checking the page daily to see if my last final exam grade has been posted. I thought I was finished.......

If I were you, I would call the Dean of Academic Affairs at CCU --
    (714) 547-9625. The Dean is likely the person who wrote and/or approved your degree plan matrix and, would be the person in the best position to answer your inquiry.

    Hey,

I would follow the advice BryanOats gave you. But let me make sure I am understanding this correctly. Are you saying you selected your three electives, and completed them? If so, did you save a copy of the original matrix? This may just be a simple mistake.

Make sure and let us know what happened.

    Good luck,

    Abner

    Oh boy........ my bad.

I pulled out my original martrix and Electives sheet. I made a copy of the elective sheet before I filled it out and sent it in. It turns out I mailed them the copy with nothing checked off. What a fool I am.

I chose three courses that I am thoroughly familiar with and received them electronically about an hour after I signed up for the electronic transfer. I thought that was so great. So back to work I go.... I'm looking at probably a month to finish all three if I devote several hours per night and all day on the weekends. That's my plan.

I was in "it's over" mode so it took me until this evening to get back into the "school mode."

    Thanks for your replies.
