Examinations (boring practical titbit)

As a distance learner at several institutions, I have often found it a pain to find an appropriate examination proctor. Especially for those universities (e.g. Harvard Extension) that insist on an academic proctor. So I was pleased to stumble across the website http://testing.byu.edu/Consortium/ .
