    Hi all,
I will complete the BSN program from Excelsior college on December. I want to enroll in a distance accredited masters program. I am debating between an MBA or a MSN with a Family Nurse Practitioner track ( FNP). I have done some research and the followings are the programs that I like:
1.- FNP from Ball State University in Indiana.
2.- FNP from University of Southern Indiana.
3.- FNP from Stony Brooks in New York.
    4.- MBA from Amberston University.
    5.- MBA from Baker College.
I would appreciate your advice about the marketability of these degrees, taking into account that I do not have any managerial experience nor I have any business background.

    Thank you
    Francisco

I think you will find the Nurse Practitioner has the most utility.

If you plan on working in the nursing field I think you will find the MSN will have more utility, on the other hand if you plan on being more involved with business aspects that are related to but NOT actual nursing then the MBA may be more worthwhile.

If you mean Amberton (and not Amberston), They do offer the ability to transfer in up to 12 credits, so you might be able to change in the middle of the stream....

    Good Luck,

    Dan
