A friend of mine is seeking a totally online master's degree in health and human performance, physical education, or kinesiology (or any other related topic.

    Here are the parameters:

    1. No GRE requirement

    2. No residency requirement

    3. No thesis requirement

    4. Relatively low cost

    5. Regional accreditation

I have found two, one at American Public University and the other at Thomas Edison (the self-designed concentration on the Master of Liberal Studies could be kinesiology).

    Anyone know of any others?

    Thanks in advance.

Preferably in the area of $10,000 and under. He has six hours to transfer in.

    Try Western Governors University

He could try my Alma Mater, Western Governors University.

They are a little bit paper happy but might not require an actual thesis.

Since they are competancy based they will simply test him out of those six transfer credits.

    Pretty cheap

Also, check Emporia State University in Kansas, they have an online PE masters degree. I can't get their website up just now, but I know they're cheap as well.
