State of Hawaii Closes IUPS Investigation

    The State of Hawaii's Office of Consumer Protection has closed its investigation into the International University of Professional Studies. At OCP's suggestion, IUPS has made a number of changes and clarifications to its promotional materials to ensure its compliance with Hawaii's laws relating to unaccredited degree granting institutions.
