When searching for online adjuct teaching information. I thought about ordering the book but it was only available in a pre-order status on amazon. Just can't tell. It's probably just intuitive information anyhow.
    Anyone? Anyone? Legit?

The author has posted here several times. She seems to be on the up-and-up. I was thinking of ordering the book. Maybe she can autograph it!!!

Both authors are profs at various institutions, both DL and B&M.

    Websites for the individual authors:

    Dr Jim Mirabella - http://www.drjimmirabella.com/
    Dr Danielle Babb - http://www.drdaniellebabb.com/

I can't speak to whether the book provides any value, but both profs seem to be making a living teaching full-time as adjuncts at various institutions.

It seems to be a good guidance for those who are looking for teaching online now or future. I'll order once it comes out. I really want to teach online once I earn my Ph.D degree......to make some extra income.

Why wait? When I got my masters, I started to apply. Now I make about 25K-35K a year extra. Go for it!

    Rand,

I as a young bug like me, I need more experience in the work force before steping into the adcademic industries. Besides, I am still young when I earn my Ph.D... and don't want to pay too much taxes. lol

Nope, I did not.... I come in peace!!! lol I just feel that I need at least another five years in the work force. At least 10 years before working the academic industry,...I worked since I was 16 with various jobs from Telemarketing, customer services, tech supports, networking, administration, leaderships, and etc; but somehow I believe that I am not ready for the teaching position yet...especially in the higher education.
