I have a choice between choosing a minor in management (or a "focus," as Excelsior calls it) or an undergrad certificate in Human Resource Management from a comparable school. Its about the same amount of work and cost either way, so its all the same to me. I was just wondering which might look better on a resume? Or would they be equal? TIA.
Why not do both? The credit for a certificate should apply toward Excelsior's area of focus if you are already doing a degree there.
