UMUC? Are there any Master's grads of this B&M? How was the job placement?

I am a current student at UMUC. The coursework and professors are so nice so far. The coursework is specific and very informative. I am really enjoying my attendance there. I've read blogs on the University and they seem to be on top of their game. I've also read some disappointing things about UMUC. I was wanting to know from other Master's Grads, did your current job honor the degree earned and were you able to apply for upper level jobs and make more money?
