A friend of mine is about finish up his BA via TESC ... Next he will be looking for a DL Masters in Communication or Org. Behavior ... Something that would allow the possiblilty of continuing with a Ph.D at some later date.

He lives near Madison, WI ... would prefer a 100% DL, but might consider a limited on-site type format (weekends/or 1 night a week).

He also is a pastor, and would consider a seminary program that would
cover these topics of his interest ... (Russell, would you also contact me
    please)

    Suggestions ?

    Thanks !

The program that comes most instantly to mind is the University of London's 100% off-campus, exam-based M.Sc. in organizational behavior. As for communication, I think Regent University offers several master's programs in that field.

    Good luck!

"Communications" is one of those terms that is used variously and there are synonyms employed by different school in describing there programs of study (and degrees). For example, I'd guess that the Masters program at the New School for Social Research termed "Media Studies" is equivalent to most Masters programs in Communications. Is your friend interested in Journalism? If so, then you could add additional options to the list. Here are a few for consideration:
    University of Nebraska (Lincoln)
    University of Memphis
    University of Leicester
    University of New South Wales
    University of South Australia
    Good luck,
    Jack
