I've been searching this forum for the past few days and can't find what I'm looking for so I decided to register :)

I have a master's and would now like to pursue either a non-resident or short residency accredited PhD program in Liberal Arts and/or Humanities.

There seem to be a lot of great programs out there for business, science, etc ... but I'm having a challenging time locating one that fits with my interests.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi Vanadoo,

I have some links on this page:

Pardon the site, it's quite in need of an update.

Good luck, let me know your progress, as I've been searching as well.

As ever, the University of South Africa has just about everything, their doctoral programs are research-only, and their tuition rate is something like $1,500 per year.

Check out the chapter on research (dissertation only) doctorates in Bears' Guide.

Just wanted to post a note of thanks to everybody who replied.

I'm going to take a look through the programs you recommended. Also, if any others come to mind could you please let me know?

    Thanks again!
