    According to the write-up:

Does anyone have a link to the rankings referenced above from USN&WR?

It's not in the publicly available online version of the reports, you have to get the printed one. (or have someone post it)

    Northcentral Half Size of Touro

Northcentral wasn't listed in the print article that appeared in the October 16, 2006 issues of U.S. News & World Report. Touro and other larger schools were listed.

Here are the listings for Northcentral and Touro:

    http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/elearning/directory/elearn1a_666122.htm
    http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/elearning/directory/elearn1a_666129.htm

Touro reported approx. 8100 total students, with 7,900 students. Northcentral reported approx. 3100 total students, with 2800 students in degree granting programs.

From U.S. News & World Report: "Note: The data in this directory were collected in summer and fall of 2006, in reference to the 2006-2007 academic year."

In terms of degree granting online programs, Northcentral is about 35% or roughly one-third the size of Touro, according to U.S. News & World Report.
