which of the big 3 is cheapest?

which of the big 3 is cheapest?
i have 25 credits from the military
69 credits from credits by exam
24 credits from courses

I am look for both a associates and a bachelors
I am looking to take more classes and I want a "major"
not a general studies if that makes a difference

The need for a "major" leaves COSC out. Between Excelsior and TESC, I think TESC was a little less expensive. If you live in either NJ or NY, go with the one in the state where you live.

I went with COSC, in part, because I lived in Connecticut at the time. It makes for much less explaining when you get to the part of a job interview when they want to learn more about your education.
