University of Phoenix Online pop-up window

I'm not sure exactly how I got this pop-up window, but I think I was at some movie site just now and I got a very big and elaborate pop-up window for the University of Phoenix Online, with tons of clickable buttons, etc., to lead you to all of the exciting information. At the same time, I got one of those pop-ups telling me that I may be "paying too much."
