I am aware of one person on this board and one on another that have been successful in transferring FEMA credits to Excelsior through the TESC credit bank. Have there been any other recent success stories of this? My wife is considering doing this but would hate to drop the $380 to TESC just to have ECE reject the credits.

    Thanks.

    Pugbelly,

There are at least two people on this board.
MichaelGates and myself. He is the one that paved the way and wrote how to do this and I confirmed it works in a later posting.

So with the two of us and this person from the other board, that makes three.

    Good luck to your wife.

By the way, if she can find out exactly which EDM credits EC accepts from TESC, have her post it. For some reason, there were 5 of mine that they didn't accept so I only got credit for 24 out of 29. MichaelGates got better mileage, but I didn't feel like arguing with the EC advisor.

    Hi,

In reply to the FEMA credits, I was wondering if anyone has successfully or even tried to just use the Excelsior credit bank, and receive credit from them?

I was enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder, but have as of last semester enrolled in Excelsior to do everything strictly online. I was wanting to use a few of the FEMA credits just to get rid of some more general studies credits that I need.

I have seen people on this board use the TESC credit bank while they were enrolled with Excelsior. But never asked about a straight transfer to Excelsior.

Please enlighten me, I do not have much knowledge on the credit bank system. :p

By the by, this has been the most inspirational and helpful forum I have seen to date. I respect everyone for the help that is given.

People are using the TESC Credit Bank because Excelsior has rejected them in direct transfer.

What are the fees for the Excelsior credit bank? I can't get to the fee schedule; the download crashes for me every time.
